This ranch has a variety of terrain from big flats, rocky cedar thicket's, and huge look out points creating the perfect opportunity of success for every hunter. This ranch stretches 1,500 acres that appears like it never ends due to its incredible terrain.
The Nolan Ranch offers 6 different species with a huge whitetail and Elk population. When you arrive on the ranch you will began to see animals grazing in the 110 acres wheat field. With a road that runs parallel for a mile this gives you a feel for the ranch right off the bat. Nolan Ranch has 8 blinds and 15 corn feeders as well as protein stations spread throughout the ranch.
The accommodations on the ranch gives a relaxed feel that everyone wants when they arrive. The barndominium house is a 1,500 square foot two story house that sleeps 8 people comfortably.
